In our therapy together, we can safely explore whatever problems you are experiencing in life. It can be nerve-wracking to choose someone to be vulnerable with, but at its best, therapy is an experience of growth, change, acceptance, and healing. The things that are troubling you are an invitation to transformation, and you are not alone on that journey.

We will explore your concerns together, whether you are experiencing:

  • Problems in a relationship with another person or with yourself
  • Questions about your place in society or with your work life
  • Depression, anxiety, or obsessive thinking
  • Past traumas that continue to disrupt your peace of mind
  • Addictions or questions about addictive behavior
  • Body image, body dysmorphia, and disordered eating
  • Religious/spiritual trauma or issues related to family of origin
  • Questions of identity, including gender, sexuality, poly and queer
  • Or if you are seeking deeper meaning and self-understanding

Therapy for everyone

I begin with a non-judgmental, warm, and relational approach to understand where you are coming from and what you need from therapy. My training is rooted in psychodynamic/depth therapy, which attends to the ways our unconscious impacts our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while engaging with imagery, metaphors and dreams. I work with the existential questions in life, such as isolation and meaning, and can hold the grief that comes from living in a complex society.

I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which is an integrative somatic trauma treatment.

I am an ally for LGBTQ+, ENM/Poly/kink, and body positive/neutral. I work with creatives and artists, as they tackle blocks and identity.

I run three ongoing groups, which meet twice monthly. They are all accepting new members.

I see clients from California and New Hampshire primarily via telehealth/video platforms, with limited in-person availability in both Los Angeles and Peterborough, NH.

Session cost:

$165 Individuals per 50 minutes
$200 Couples and families per 50 minutes
$40-50 Group sessions, twice monthly

Sliding scale is available – please inquire during your consultation for pricing flexibility.
